1½ tbsp – Fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped

Method

*Cut pav into small items.
*Heat butter in a non-stick pan. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté effectively. Add onions, combine effectively and sauté until browned.
*Add tomatoes and blend. Add salt, combine effectively and prepare dinner until the tomatoes flip smooth and pulpy.
*Add chilli paste and chilli powder and blend. Add potato and blend. Add pav bhaji masala, capsicum and a few water. Mix effectively and prepare dinner for 1-2 minutes.
*Add pav pieces and blend. Add lemon juice and coriander leaves, combine effectively and prepare dinner for a minute.
*Serve sizzling with lemon wedges.
